Mark Jones - Technical Specialist

Mark brings many years experience of the Ericsson-LG product and has been involved with the introduction of all Ericsson-LG products into the UK market from the GDK and LDK to the latest iPECS platform.

Working at both Crane and then more recently Capstan Communications Mark is a veteran of the Ericsson-LG product with deep technical knowledge across the product range.

Mark is responsible for providing proactive technical support to our resellers and ensuring documentation, training and testing meet the highest standards for all our reseller partners.

About Us

Pragma doesn't turnover billions of dollars, we aren't operating in multiple markets around the globe and we don't have hundreds of manufacturer partnerships covering a myriad of technology areas.

However, we are specialists in unified communications and are 100% focused on Ericsson-LG iPECS and complementary technologies. We think this focus is vital in giving resellers the support they need to succeed in today's market.
