Location: Burgess Hill (commutable from
Horsham, Crawley, Brighton, Surrey)
This is the ideal role for a candidate looking to build a career

As a Tech Apprentice, you will be part of a team responsible for
providing technical guidance and advice to our customers on our
range of IP communications devices and applications.
You will develop your knowledge of our products and we will
invest heavily in training you to really understand IP, our product
range and technologies.
Responsibilities:
As you develop you will become responsible for supporting
reseller engineers through their deployment of our technology:
- Log calls from our customers
- Provide reactive support to calls logged
- Work proactively with resellers to share knowledge through our
web portal
- Test new technology
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Basic knowledge of IP networking
- Basic knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments
- A desire and capability to quickly learn new technologies
- A passion for technology
Additionally, as a Tech Apprentice we would like you to have
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability
to deal with complex problems and customer queries over the phone.
Quick rapport building skills and a confident attitude are key, as
is the ability to manage your own time and workload.
